Booking

By submitting the form you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Availability, any confirmation steps and applicable conditions must be shown before submission and included in the exact version approved for this tenant.

Changes and cancellations

How a booking may be changed or cancelled, including any notice period, must be clearly communicated before confirmation and remains subject to applicable mandatory rights.

Late arrivals and no-shows

Any consequences of a late arrival or no-show must be proportionate, disclosed before booking and applied in accordance with mandatory rules and rights.

Prices & services

Price, duration and service content must be shown before confirmation. Any possible variation must be described using understandable criteria and accepted before it becomes binding.

Mandatory rights and disputes

No term limits mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law, redress mechanisms and the competent authority or court are determined by the applicable rules; any further statement requires approval in the tenant version.
